2. Relationship to the Privacy Policy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use personal data (for example, when you submit your name and email to receive course information). The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference. Where the Privacy Policy and these Terms cover the same topic, both apply.

3. Educational Disclaimer (Important)

The Site and any materials described on the Site are provided for educational purposes only. The content is intended to teach craft technique and product development practices related to women’s handbag manufacturing, including pattern drafting, material selection, sewing, assembly, and finishing.

The Site does not provide professional manufacturing, legal, regulatory, safety, or business advice. Any examples, checklists, workflows, or recommendations are general in nature and may not be suitable for your tools, materials, workspace, or local requirements. 4. Description of the Site and Services

The Site provides information about the kadlivirex educational programme and offers a registration-of-interest form. The Site may also include descriptions of courses, modules, learning outcomes, and teaching approach. Any references to “modules” or “courses” are descriptive and may change over time as the curriculum evolves.

The Site is offered on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Site at any time, including the availability of pages such as Courses, Modules, and Register.

5. Registration of Interest and Communications

If you submit the registration form, you provide your name and email address so we can respond, share programme information, and coordinate next steps. We keep the form deliberately minimal. Do not submit sensitive personal data through the form.

Craft outcomes depend on many factors including material batch variation, machine tuning, thread and needle combinations, operator technique, and finishing chemistry; results may vary.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Kadlivirex Education Ltd and its directors, employees, and contractors will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising out of or related to your use of (or inability to use) the Site.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to the Site will be limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim, or (b) €100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In such cases, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Kadlivirex Education Ltd from and against claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from or related to your misuse of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

We may assign or transfer these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, restructuring, or sale of assets. You may not assign your rights or obligations under these Terms without our prior written consent.

20. No Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of our right to enforce that provision later.
